I’m Helen O’Hanlon, a Master’s-qualified coach & horsemanship practitioner.
I have a background in coaching psychology & education, along with specialist training in emotional & binge eating.
I’ve worked with horses my whole life, including professionally & bring extensive experience & ongoing education in horsemanship.
I support individuals in building confidence, skill & better communication with their horses.
