I am a fully qualified life and performance coach with a first class honours masters in coaching psychology from University College Cork (UCC), furthermore I also hold a first class honours masters in Education from UCC.

​

From the start I have always loved learning and even before I went to school I took it upon myself to learn all about plants and animals. In my academic life I have had many highs and lows and fully understand the challenges that face individuals in educational settings. 

​

My love of learning led me to become a post-primary teacher of English and geography. I have been a teacher for the past 14 years and enjoy my work with young people immensely. My experience as a teacher led me to further study, firstly by becoming a qualified high scope teacher, then to a masters in education where a huge focus of my study and research focused on how people learn, most recently I completed a masters in coaching psychology to enable me to help others to achieve their goals.

I have a passion for coaching and all things psychological. I work with people who are seeking greater clarity and awareness around their goals and behaviours.
