A free 4-week self-led challenge to help you build confidence & connection with your horse.

​

Complete two sessions per week in your own time, log them via a simple Google Form & receive a weekly email with confidence-building resources. All participants receive a certificate, with one engagement-based €50 tack shop voucher prize. Optional social sharing using #SpringForwardChallenge & tagging @helenohanloncoaching on socials.

Coaching Circle

​

April - May 2026

​

The Coaching Circle is an online learning experience hosted through a private Instagram page, running Monday to Friday for three weeks, starting March 24th.

Each day, participants receive educational content through a mix of written posts, short videos & Q&A sessions, exploring topics such as equine learning theory, psychology & behaviour. The format is designed to be flexible & operates on-demand, allowing you to engage with the material at a time that suits you.

The circle is also interactive, with opportunities to ask questions, share reflections & take part in ongoing discussion throughout the three weeks.

Well received in previous years, the Coaching Circle offers a thoughtful & accessible way to deepen your understanding of horses & develop your horsemanship.

Lesson Mornings

​

Lesson mornings are a relaxed & supportive way to learn with your horse. Participants book a one-hour individual lesson tailored to their goals, working either on groundwork & or ridden exercises.

Participants are welcome to watch other lessons before and after their own.

Tea, coffee & snacks provided. Lesson mornings provide a relaxed space to build skills, ask questions & learn alongside a supportive community.

Clinics are a wonderful immersive learning experience for you & your horse. Clinic days include practical sessions as well as simulations & demonstrations. Lunch & stabling provided at no extra cost.
